Grandparents' Day

A committee of volunteers provides baked goods and helps serve refreshments at Grandparents Day in November. Please call 566-0314 to volunteer. 

Grandparents' Day  Tuesday, November 20th, 2018
  • Invitations and messages are going out in October.
  • Parents can RSVP for Grandparents now

  • RSVPs are due by Wednesday, November 14th.

November TBA schedule:
  • 10:00am:    Reception in Bedford Hall
  • 10:30am:    Classroom visits
  • 11:45am:    to church for Prayer Service.

​REMINDER: Due to crowding at this event, parents are asked to help in the following ways:
  • Have grandparents who do not need assistance or are comfortable coming on their own attend the event by themselves, or
  • If grandparents need assistance or are more comfortable coming with parents, limit the number of “extra” family members to one or two parents only.
  • If parents come with grandparents or attend the prayer service, PLEASE STAND. DO NOT SIT IN PEWS. We are at capacity seating. If you sit in pews, there will not be enough room for grandparents and students.
